Abstract

By analyzing the current situation of the cities at home and abroad and extracting demands of different subjects, this article explores the city development patterns under the auspices of different planning subjects, and demonstrates that the city planning under the joint action of capital, rights, and the public is the health and continuing road of urbanization process, consistent with Chinese national conditions.
