- Abstract
Problem-based learning strategy (PBL) is used to improve student learning outcomes in the Unimed economic education study program that is less satisfying. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in learning outcomes Introduction to economics between groups of students taught with PBL strategies and groups of students taught with direct learning strategies. This study used an experimental quasi method with a sample of 90 people. Data collection is done by conducting tests. The results of the study with t test, α 0.05 stated that the introductory learning outcomes of the group of students who were taught with PBL learning strategies were higher than the group of students who were taught with direct learning strategies.
