- Abstract
A technique for controlling the shape of the surface and the defects of the cutting tool by an optoelectronic system of the light field is proposed. The physical and information models of the optical-electronic light field recorder, the mathematical model of the edge of the cutting surface of the tap, which allow one to construct the optimal optical scheme for image registration and create algorithms for determining the deviation of the tool shape from the reference profile by wavelet analysis and frequency-coordinate transformation are considered. It is shown that the use of frequency-coordinate transformation algorithms allows determining deviations of geometric shapes of working surfaces, detecting local defects less than 1% of the height of the profile of the cutting part of the tool
