Abstract

From various history told that nikah mut’ah is the sharia that is derived from the form of Rasulullah taqrir. Although the Prophet himself was not perpetrator of nikah mut'ah but the reaction and response of the Apostle to behavior of nikah mut'ah the companions quite a legitimacy about the rules of implementation. The basic principle of a nikah mut'ah in the Apostle is to protect human dignity. Not only related to the interests of men who are the nikah mut'ah, but also consider the benefits of women who are married by mut'ah. Therefore, even though human life has undergone change and development, still when we want to perform the nikah mut’ah must adhere to the basic principles.
