- Abstract
This study aims to find an effort to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through research on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with OCB. The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Permanent Teacher Foundation in 9 Private Vocational Schools in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency with a total of 117 teachers. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula with a 5% margin error with a total sample of 91 teachers. This study concludes that there is a positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The strength of the relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), 2) There is a positive relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The strength of the relationship between Job Satisfaction (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), 3) There is a positive relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) together with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) which is indicated by the ry12 correlation coefficient = 0.685 and Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction together have a contribution of 46,9% of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
