- Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed work dynamics, making ‘work from home’ a fundamental mode of employment. Simultaneously, the pandemic-induced economic downturn has triggered a wave of employee resignations. Recognizing the pivotal role of organizational commitment, leveraging it becomes imperative to address escalating employee turnover and declining work efficiency. This study, anchored in the perspective of employee organizational commitment, scrutinizes the influence of ‘work from home’ on employee job performance. Additionally, it delves into the moderating effect of environmental dynamism on organizational commitment within the context of remote work.
