Abstract

In this paper, our helpfully microelements to human body, including Ca, Cu, Fe and Zn in Jianghong yulu are determined by FAAS. Besides, the nutrition ingredients such as moisture content, body fat, total sugar and protein are also analyzed. The proposed analytical procedure is also quick, convenient and exact.
