Abstract

First of all, the paper starts with present situation of foreign assets common benefit mechanism of tobacco farmer cooperatives, proposes a theoretical framework using structural equation model. The empirical analysis on effective sample of 262 farmers cooperatives finds institutionalization of financial management, standardization of financial management, relationship between tobacco enterprises and cooperatives, relationship between tobacco enterprises and farmers have a significant effect on farmers cooperatives common benefit mechanism.
