- Abstract
With the development of science and technology, short video, as a new information transmission medium, has adapted to the current trend of time fragmentation. With its advantages of brevity and quickness, short video is rapidly rising in public social interaction. Due to the rapid development and large quantity of short video industry, infringement and infringement will inevitably occur. Taking the “Gu Amo series case” as an example, it is of great significance to analyze the infringement of short videos in film and television clips, to clarify whether such short videos are works, to clarify the standard of originality of short videos, to grasp the conflict between secondary creation and original works and the scope of reasonable use, to solve the infringement problem of short videos in film and television clips, and to protect works with copyright, so as to promote the orderly development of copyright order in the short video industry.
