Atlantis Press publishes proceedings in all major STM disciplines including Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences and Social Sciences. We offer conference, symposium and workshop organizers a unique service which is not only fast and personalized, but which also ensures maximum visibility for their conference and workshop proceedings. All Atlantis Press proceedings are published as volumes in a subject-specific series. Upon publication we'll distribute your proceedings through a variety of channels, including third-party databases such as Google Scholar, Dimensions, CNKI, etc. for the greatest reach and impact. Note that Atlantis Press adheres to the ethical frameworks and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), including the COPE Core Practices and the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, and to the IEEE Standards for conference ethics and quality control. To date, Atlantis Press has published more than 1,500 proceedings across 18 different proceedings series which contain more than 150,000 articles in total. Current usage statistics show that our proceedings articles generate more than 1.5 million downloads every month and are thus highly visible within the relevant scientific communities. Overview of Proceedings Service

Atlantis Press offers the following as part of our proceedings service package:

  • Creation of a full-fledged web site dedicated to your conference with its own URL, including search engine, table of contents, conference details, etc.;
  • Professional hosting service, guaranteeing 24-hour access and fast response times;
  • Comprehensive similarity checking and plagiarism detection for all articles to be published in a proceedings;
  • Personalized, high-quality assistance for preparing your conference and proceedings;
  • Provision of clear instructions for authors and editors, as well as style sheets, both for LaTeX and Word;
  • Fast and high-quality communication with a dedicated Atlantis Press staff member;
  • Articles can be of any length with no restrictions on the use of colours and the possibility to add multi-media elements;
  • Fast publication of your proceedings in less than 4 weeks;
  • Registration of an ISBN for your proceedings publication;
  • Inclusion in major search engines, such as Google and Google Scholar;
  • Registration of a unique online reference (DOI) for all articles at CrossRef;

Proceedings Proposals

Should you wish to publish a proceedings in any of our series, please then submit your conference proposal via our online submission system http://www.atlantis-press.com/account. Note if this is the first time you are using this online system, please “Sign up” and then verify your account via the automatic email you received later. Once your account validated, you will be able to log in and submit your conference proposal.

Your proposal will be evaluated by a Series Editor(s) and/or a scientific evaluation committee consisting of senior researchers in the relevant field. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of the proceedings that we publish. Note that proceedings proposals outside the scope of our current series might also be considered.
